Elevating Content with Audio Intelligence
We believe that CLE should be as engaging as it is educational. This year, we experimented with building our own in-house audio intelligence technology. This tool generates live summaries of webcasts and presents them directly within the video stream. By providing real-time context and key takeaways, we’re making our content more accessible and interactive than ever before.
CLE Concierge & Studio
We officially launched CLE Concierge and Studio (Beta), two powerhouse products designed to streamline how legal professionals interact with our content. These tools represent a major leap forward in how we support our users' unique educational journeys, offering a more tailored and high-touch experience.
We're excited to share a preview: our firm portal is getting a significant visual refresh. This ‘fresh coat of paint’ will dramatically improve the experience for firm administrators. It also sets the stage for a substantial list of updates we have planned for 2026, all designed to further enhance support for our B2B clients and our internal needs.
A Modern Search Experience
Finding the right course shouldn't be a chore. In 2025, we officially completed a long-overdue backend overhaul, updating our entire infrastructure with a modern search engine. This upgrade has greatly improved overall performance and allowed us to introduce Suggestive Search in our global search field, helping users find exactly what they need more quickly.
Seamless Accreditation & Automation
We’ve greatly enhanced the user experience by removing hurdles from the 'Get Credit' procedure. A key improvement is the introduction of Self-Apply Accreditation for both webcasts and in-person courses, ensuring a much smoother process.
Moreover, client feedback directly led to the implementation of Automatic Certificate Issuance. Now, users no longer need to manually click 'Get Credit' after finishing a video to receive their certificates, a change we were delighted to deliver!
Empowering Teams & Firms
In our mission to support legal organizations of all sizes, we expanded our Teams subscription self-service capabilities. Firm admins now have full control over their subscriptions, allowing them to manage their team’s learning without the hassle of reaching out for administrative support.
Lawline on the Go: Webcast Support
Mobile flexibility is a top priority for our users. This year, we brought full Webcast Support to our mobile app, ensuring that attorneys can stay compliant and keep learning whether they are at their desks or on the move. This has been the most requested feature from our customers for years, and we are thrilled with the result.
SOC 2 Compliance & Reporting Automation
