Is Recreational Cannabis Legal in Your State? (Infographic)

In March, New Jersey postponed their vote on recreational marijuana, with Governor Murphy citing that there were not yet enough votes to pass the bill. If it passed, New Jersey would have one of the most progressive and comprehensive cannabis bills in the country, taking into account decriminalization, expungement of records for low-level offenders, and policies favoring women, minorities, and small businesses, as well as locations that are lower-income and have lower employment rates.

Additional states that might legalize recreational usage this year include Connecticut, Minnesota, and New Mexico, among others. While we wait for that news to drop, check out this infographic outlining the states which have already legalized recreational cannabis:
